J. A. Marsden (Noah Beery) and his henchman El Lobo (Richard Alexander) are plotting to take over the California Yucatan Railroad. Marsden uses his henmen to try and force the sale. The owners of the railroad, Joyce and Phillip Andrews (Helen Christian and Reed Howes) are not happy with this. Their partner Manuel vega (Nigel De Brulier) sends for his nephew James Vega (John Carroll) who is the great grandson of the original Zorro. James isn't exactly what his uncle was expecting.
